Your information, used to respond to your travel inquiry.
This page explains what DIBA may collect when you send a travel inquiry and why it is used. Owner and legal review are still required before a public production launch.
Information collected by the inquiry form
The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, destination or travel interest, preferred travel dates, number of travellers, and the message you provide. Please do not send passports, identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive data through a public form.
Why DIBA collects it
DIBA uses this information to respond to an inquiry, understand the initial travel brief, and follow up on that same request. The form is intended for travel communication, not for creating a public profile or making automated decisions about you.
Retention and access
Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to and follow up on the relevant inquiry. A specific retention period, staff-access rules, and any third-party sharing are not set out in this version and must be confirmed before launch.
Privacy inquiries
For a question about information submitted through the form, contact info@dibatravel.com. Requests for access, correction, or deletion will be addressed once DIBA’s final process has been approved.
Items requiring review before public launch
This page does not state a legal entity, registration number, data-protection officer, fixed retention period, or third-party processor because these details have not been verified. The owner and legal adviser should review these items and the final consent wording before production launch.
