کمیته عالی مدیریت بحران و بلایای طبیعی ، اعلام کرده است که ، فرودگاه‌های امارات از 22 ژوئن آماده پذیرش ساکنانی هستند ، که خارج از کشور به سر می‌بردند. همچنین گفته ‌شده که از 23 ژوئن به شهروندان و ساکنان امارات اجازه سفر به خارج از کشور داده می‌شود.

این کمیته عالی اظهار داشت که تصمیمی اتخاذ کرده تا اتباع خارجی که دارای ویزای اقامت در دبی هستند، بتوانند دوباره به دبی بازگردند. همچنین، شهروندان و ساکنان می‌توانند ، پس از تاریخ اعلام‌ شده به هر کشوری سفر کنند، مشروط بر اینکه ؛ کشورهای مقصد به آنها اجازه ورود بدهد . علاوه بر این، افرادی که از امارات خارج می‌شوند ، باید متعهد شوند که اقدامات احتیاطی را در کشورهایی که به آن سفر می‌کنند ، رعایت میکنند.
